On June 18, 1999, Befast Fastener was founded in the Yongnian Industrial Zone, Handan City, Hebei Province, China. Starting with just one office and two dedicated employees, our mission was clear: to provide high-quality fasteners to meet global standards.
A year after our establishment, Befast Fastener began production in a 600-square-meter facility with 4 machines and 9 employees. Our primary focus was on bolt products, achieving a monthly production capacity of 450 tons. This milestone marked the beginning of our journey in the fastener industry.
By 2005, Befast Fastener had upgraded its equipment, adding cold heading machines and 2 thread rolling machines. This upgrade not only boosted our monthly capacity to 600 tons but also allowed us to expand our product range to include high-quality nut products.
In 2016, we undertook a comprehensive upgrade of our equipment and workshops. With a new 3,000-square-meter workshop and 35 advanced production machines, our product line now includes bolts, nuts, washers, threaded rods, anchor bolts, and some screws. Our production capacity surged to 5,500 tons per month, solidifying our position as a leading manufacturer in the fastener industry.
Recognizing the potential of the international market, Befast Fastener began focusing on overseas clients in 2018. Leveraging platforms like Alibaba and participating in trade fairs such as the Canton Fair, we successfully established a strong presence in the global market, resulting in a significant increase in orders worldwide.
In 2023, with the global pandemic under control, we invested in a substantial factory upgrade. Our new facilities now include a 3,000-square-meter workshop, a 3,000-square-meter warehouse, and a team of 120 specialists. With an impressive monthly capacity of 6,000 tons, Befast Fastener is equipped to meet the growing demands of our global clientele with unmatched quality and efficiency.
